This is an in-person role located in Mountain View, California or Birmingham, Alabama
Overflow’s Account Manager is a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about equipping churches and nonprofits with exceptional technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a diverse portfolio of customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the Overflow platform to achieve their mission and maximize their giving potential.
You will guide customers from activation through renewal, focusing on high-quality support, platform adoption, and meaningful relationship-building. As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while also championing customer feedback internally to shape Overflow’s offerings.
Your success will be defined by your ability to foster strong partnerships, create value for customers, and contribute to Overflow’s mission of inspiring generosity.
