JOB DESCRIPTION

Overflow’s Enterprise Account Manager is a relationship-driven leader passionate about equipping churches and nonprofits with exceptional technology. In this role, you’ll engage deeply with Overflow’s most strategic partners, helping them unlock the full potential of the platform to grow their giving and achieve their mission.

You will serve as a trusted advisor from the moment of contract signature through renewal, building authentic relationships, providing high-touch support, and driving platform adoption. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to influence Overflow’s product roadmap by championing customer feedback, ensuring our solutions align with the needs of the church and nonprofit space.

Your ultimate success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and growth—building a base of raving fans who are eager to share Overflow with their networks.
