This is an in-person role located in Mountain View, California or Birmingham, Alabama
Overflow’s Technical Account Manager is a key role in building and scaling our Technical Account Management function. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Partnership Success team, account managers, and customers to listen, learn, and act on feedback. You’ll distill insights, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure customers see their needs met—closing the feedback loop with clarity and care.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring both deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. You’ll champion our product, inspire confidence in our partners, and drive outcomes that help churches and nonprofits amplify generosity and achieve their missions.
