The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in driving growth by booking meetings for Overflow’s sales team. This role involves identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately generating interest in Overflow’s giving solutions. The BDR will be responsible for setting up sales conversations that help Overflow partner with more churches and nonprofits, expanding the reach of our mission. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for relationship building are key to success in this role.
Success in this role requires a relentless focus on meeting outreach goals, the ability to engage and motivate prospective clients, and a passion for Overflow’s mission. The BDR will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, making a direct impact by helping connect our sales team with new opportunities. This role is critical to Overflow’s mission to inspire generosity by opening doors for new partnerships with churches and nonprofits.
