Moving forward, our hiring focus will be the San Francisco - Bay Area as we expand our Headquarters and cultivate an in office work culture. Candidates’ willingness to relocate for this role is highly valued.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Overflow’s Success Operations Specialist is an administrative specialist who supports the Partnership Success team in activating and engaging customers post-sale through organizational mastery. This individual possess technical knowledge of the product, excellent communication skills, and a track record in overseeing operational excellence in customer success organizations. This role involves building out and maintaining the infrastructure to support business goals, aiding the Success team in all operational manners to help customers meet their objectives on the Overflow platform.
